Durante meu tempo trabalhando na Space Bit, adotei a função múltipla de Lead Game Designer e Producer dos produtos simultanemante. Em Benfica Football Merge meu foco esteve no gerenciamento do jogo, garantindo a qualidade de produção e estabelecendo a comunicação direta com nosso stakeholder, Hermit Crab.
Esta foi uma boa oportunidade para colocar a prova o conhecimento de meus mentorados enquanto pude observar de perto seus processos e decisões, auxiliando em pontos chaves da progressão e economia.
O desafio da produção residia em desenvolver uma economia eficiente para o soft launch. Um idle merge é simples por premissa mecânica, contudo, seu selling point estava em oferecer conteúdos colecionáveis para torcedores assíduos do Benfica, sendo o coreloop o mecanismo para sucesso em sideloops.
