Challenge
With over 5 million downloads, Logic Pic was already consolidated in its genre. The challenge was to create new Nonogram puzzles while enhancing progression and system clarity.
Goal
Maintain the content pipeline and optimize the onboarding experience, focusing on retention from D1 to D7.
Action
Produced new themed levels following the stakeholder roadmap and designed a new FTUE to introduce the core loop rules and complementary systems.
Result
Improved retention and delivery of content aligned with stakeholder expectations.

As Lead Game Designer and Producer, I was responsible for live-ops management, coordinating content production for events, level design, and narrative. Additionally, I led the game design team in planning and implementing new puzzles, ensuring consistency and sustained player engagement.
